1. Subscription Refunds

All subscriptions to ClassBricks are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically outlined in this policy.

1.1 Trial Period

New users receive a free plan with limited features to test our service before upgrading to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate our service using the free plan before committing to a paid subscription.

1.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Due to the immediate access granted to premium features and increased usage limits upon subscription, Pro subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests or suspend accounts that demonstrate patterns of abuse, such as:

  • Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds.
