Welcome to ClassBricks ("classbricks.com," "we," "us," or "our"). ClassBricks LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, classbricks.com, and use our services (collectively, the "Service").
1 Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information You Provide to Us:

- Purchase Information: When you subscribe to our Service, we collect your email address and country of origin to process the transaction. This payment is processed by our payment partner, Paddle. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers.

- Communications: When you contact us for support (support@classbricks.com) or privacy inquiries (privacy@classbricks.com), we collect your email address and the content of your message.
Information We Collect Automatically:
- Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit and use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit.
- Cookies and Tracking: We are not currently using any cookies or tracking technologies on our Service. Should we begin using such technologies in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

- Strict Zero-Training Guarantee for Teacher Content: We do NOT use, share, or process the content teachers share—including lesson plans, teaching prompts, student work scans, handwriting photographs, or classroom feedback—to train, retrain, or fine-tune our artificial intelligence models or any third-party AI models. Teacher inputs are processed strictly in real time to generate immediate classroom outputs and are never used to train foundation models.
- To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
- To comply with legal and financial obligations.
3 How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers in the following situations:

- AI Service Providers: We use Google Gemini API to power pedagogical and classroom interactive capabilities. Teacher queries and materials are processed via Google's commercial API solely to deliver responses in real time. Google does not use customer data submitted via its commercial API to train Google foundation models. We do not transmit your account credentials or personal identity to AI providers.
- Backend and Hosting: Our application is hosted on Firebase (a Google service), which stores your data on our behalf.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We do not currently use analytical or marketing cookies on our website.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept essential cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service, including the ability to log in and complete purchases.
Should we implement analytical or marketing cookies in the future (which may include third-party cookies from providers such as Google or Meta), we will update this policy accordingly.
5 Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Our Service is hosted on Firebase, and our payments are processed by Paddle, both of which maintain high-security standards. We do not store your sensitive payment information.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
